Select "Wheelchair accessible" in step 1 of the booking form. Tell us your access needs (ramp or lift preference, carer accompanying, etc).
Can I bring a carer with me?▼
Absolutely. Your carer travels at no extra charge. Let us know in the booking notes.
What types of wheelchairs can you accommodate?▼
Manual and electric wheelchairs up to standard size. For oversized or specialised wheelchairs, call ahead on 07988 887871 so we can confirm fit.
Do you offer airport transfers with WAVs?▼
Yes. Book an airport transfer and select WAV in step 1. Airport fares apply (e.g. Stansted £45). Call for guaranteed WAV allocation.
Can I pre-book a specific driver?▼
Request a familiar driver in the booking notes. We'll do our best, especially for regular appointments.
Is there a surcharge for WAV?▼
No. WAV fares are the same as standard taxis. Everyone deserves affordable accessible transport.
